About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Fast Pace Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinic staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, diagnosing and treating patients, and engaging in community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and supervising physicians.
- Maintain accurate patient charts, analyzing and interpreting patient histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
- Masters Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner License, Physicians Assistant License.
