Locations: Taco John’s – Emporia, KS & Emporia Gas Station
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Housekeeper for our Taco John’s Emporia location and Emporia Gas Station.
Position Overview:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for both customers and employees. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a positive customer experience by keeping all areas neat and sanitary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain restrooms to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Monitor and restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
- Ensure dining, kitchen, and common areas remain clean and presentable.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible scheduling options (daytime, evening, or weekend shifts available).
