We are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Crew Members to join our Dairy Queen team in Towanda. As a Crew Member, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service at the front counter or drive-thru
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve concerns in a professional manner
Food & Treat Preparation
Prepare and assemble food items and DQ treats according to company standards
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality at all times
Follow all portioning and recipe guidelines
Restaurant Operations
Assist with opening or closing duties depending on shift
Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
Keep dining room, service areas, and kitchen clean and organized
Restock supplies as needed
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be dependable, punctual, and positive
Willingness to learn and follow Dairy Queen standards
