What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center position at Fast Lane Entertainment?
Our Call Center Representatives field incoming calls to answer general questions about the center and help customers build their perfect parties. You will help facilitate parties and events through managing event calendars, following up with customers with important information, and taking detailed notes to keep everyone on the same page. You will also help prepare party supplies for upcoming parties, and reach out to past customers to book repeat birthdays or events.
