Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to applyAll OREGON hires will be required to obtain at time of hire and maintain a valid WHI [Water Heater Installer] LicenseExcellent interpersonal communication skills (Ability to read, write, and speak clearly)Open to working every other weekend [Rotation basis - you would have a 5 day work week]Able to work independentlyAbility to accurately document repairs and completed work in ServiceTitan, including required documentation, photos, and customer payment processing.You must attend Technician meetings at the warehouse and be available to work rotational weekends (2 times a month as needed)Valid OR Driver’s License and clean driving record [Must be at least 25 yrs, driving 2 years insurable record]GED or High School Diploma mandatoryBENEFITS WE OFFER: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401K program, 6 paid holidays, and paid time off.
