The Role: You’ll engage with homeowners who are already interested in enhancing their homes through a trusted West Coast brand. These are warm leads—you’ll showcase our exceptional service, build rapport, and secure their appointment with confidence.
Average yearly Salary: $45K - $90K per year [No cap on earning potential!]
Note: $22 - $24/hr during TRAINING; $21.65/hr COMMISSIONS after TRAINING.
HIRING BONUS: Receive a $2500 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment
Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Schedules change based on job performance: revenue, efficiency, and the number of calls handled, You may earn the privilege to work remotely after 90 days. After training, the shift to start is Saturday Sunday with two weekdays off in a row. The Support Call Center in Woodinville, WA is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

What This Position Needs
- 2 years of previous Customer Service skills (phone or in-person)
- SALES experience is a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy helping others - customers and your fellow team members [It's a friendly environment around here!]
- High character and integrity with a team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-stress/fast-paced environment. [Heading into a busy season...]
- Computer savvy and familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM databases [We use ServiceTitan]
- Must have the ability to type quickly to capture phone conversations and data [You'll be taking notes for the customer files]
- Excellent attendance is mandatory.
