About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator who can bring our brand, products, and culture to life through engaging content and communications.
In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across the organization, including sales, engineering, operations, and leadership, to create messaging that informs, inspires, and drives results. You'll support both external marketing initiatives and internal communications while helping ensure a consistent and compelling FAST brand experience across every touchpoint.
No two days are exactly the same. One day you might be developing social media content or updating website copy. The next, you're supporting a trade show, creating sales materials, or helping communicate exciting company news to employees.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage content for digital, print, social media, web, email, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
- Support trade shows, events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Help manage content calendars, project timelines, and marketing workflows.
- Work with external vendors and partners when needed.
- Track and evaluate communication effectiveness and marketing performance.
- Contribute ideas that continuously improve our marketing processes, tools, and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Experience writing and editing content for multiple channels, including web, social media, email, print collateral, and presentations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office, marketing platforms, CRM systems, and basic design or content creation tools.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into engaging, audience-focused content.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Additional language skills (Spanish preferred) are a plus and will be considered favorably.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or B2B marketing experience is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are just as important.
