Automotive Glass Crew Leader – Fast Glass
Fast Glass is growing, and we’re looking for a solid, dependable Automotive Glass Installer who’s ready to step into a crew leader role.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can get the job done right, take ownership, and lead by example.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing windshields, door glass, and back glass in all types of vehicles
- Running a 2-man crew efficiently in the field
- Making sure jobs are done right the first time
- Keeping your van organized, stocked, and clean
- Handling basic billing/invoicing for fleet & retail jobs (we’ll train you if needed)
- Managing your schedule and staying on top of jobs without being babysat
What We Expect
- At least 2 years of automotive glass experience
- Ability to install most windshields independently or with a setting tool
- Strong work ethic and reliability (we don’t chase employees around)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lead a helper and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Good communication with customers and the office
Schedule
- ~50 hours per week
- Every 3rd Saturday required
