- Assist customers in-person and over the phone with loan applications
- Verify customer information and explain loan terms clearly
- Process payments and update customer accounts
- Handle basic collections and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain accurate records and comply with lending regulations
- Provide strong customer service while protecting company assets
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication skills (in person phone)
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic computer systems
- Able to follow procedures and stay organized
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
