Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook smash burgers to company standards
- Operate the flat-top grill efficiently during busy rushes
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Prep ingredients and stock your station throughout the shift
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1 year of grill or restaurant cooking experience preferred
- Able to work quickly under pressure without sacrificing quality
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
