Overview
For over 25 years, the Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs® shop in Tyson's Corner Center has provided premium jewelry and watch repair services to the area. It is staffed with some of the industry's best jewelers, watchmakers, and watch repair professionals.
Compensation based on experience. Weekends are mandatory.
Responsibilities
- INTAKE and assess jewelry/watches for repairs
- Communicate with customers
- Communicate with team for estimates
- MEASURE and type detailed repair descriptions
- Coordinate deadlines
- Follow-up with customers for pickup
- Update tickets as needed
- WATCH BATTERY changing
- WATCH BAND adjustments
- Take on more responsibilities after training

Requirements
- Professional attitude
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of jewelry/watches
- Dexterity for watch battery changes
- Communication
- Ability to memorize pricing
- Ability/desire to grow skill set
