Job Title: Service Writer

Fast Fix Auto Shop is a busy, customer-focused repair shop dedicated to quality service. We’re looking for a motivated Service Writer to join our team and help grow our business while providing an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
- Write and process repair orders
- Communicate with technicians to understand needed repairs
- Explain recommended services clearly and professionally
- Help schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Upsell additional maintenance and repair services to grow revenue
Pay & Earning Potential:
- Base pay: $18/hour (27.5 hrs/week ≈ $25,740/year)
- Commission: 5% on revenue above $20,000/month
- Total potential earnings: $26,000–$37,740/year, depending on performance and shop growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, automotive service writing, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:
- Automotive knowledge or repair experience
- Sales or upselling experience
