Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English who enjoys working with clients in person and over the phone. The position starts part-time with a flexible schedule and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for those interested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients visiting the office for document signing, notarization, and/or document drop-off.
- Schedule and conduct notary signings in-person and via RON (Remote Online Notary).
- Answer phone calls, providing support for existing clients and new deed sales.
- Check mailbox and process incoming deeds for recording.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
- Notary certification preferred (we will train and cover certification costs).
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in-office to assist clients.
