The Role
As Course Facilitator & Client Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the first impression and operational anchor of our Florida classes. You will ensure that every student experiences an organized, professional, and stress-free training day.
You will support instructors, manage logistics, and uphold the standards that distinguish Fast Cert from typical training centers.
This is a part-time, in-person role requiring consistency, composure, and pride in execution. A high level of accountability, responsiveness, and attention to detail is essential to success in this position.
Core Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk Leadership
- Welcome students and instructors with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain a clean, organized, boutique-style training environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for phone, text, and in-person inquiries
- Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally regarding scheduling and confirmations
Course Facilitation & Operational Support
- Prepare classrooms, equipment, and materials prior to each course
- Support BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses as needed
- Ensure classes begin and conclude on time
- Assist with documentation and AHA eCard workflow procedures
- Maintain alignment with AHA and company standards at all times
Operational Ownership
- Manage accurate data entry and student records
- Coordinate with leadership regarding scheduling or logistical needs
- Travel to additional Florida locations as required
- Protect confidentiality and uphold brand integrity
Schedule Expectations
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 25–30 hours per week, based on scheduled classes and operational demand.
Flexibility is required. Classes may occur in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. Reliability and consistency are essential in maintaining the quality of the Fast Cert experience.
After an initial 90-day period, performance will be reviewed to determine progression into a full-time role.
Travel & Reimbursement
Travel to Fast Cert locations throughout Florida is required.
Approved business travel using a personal vehicle will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
