About the Role
We’re seeking confident, customer‑focused In‑Store Blind Consultants to support our Taos location and also our Angel Fire location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers make design decisions, thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, and knows how to turn warm leads into closed sales. You’ll serve as the in‑store expert guiding customers through blind and window‑treatment options while delivering a luxury‑level experience.
What You’ll Do
- Follow up on warm leads and open proposals to drive sales to close
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Build instant rapport and deliver a luxury‑level customer experience
- Identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions
- Overcome objections, create urgency, and close deals
- Manage your pipeline like a business and consistently move opportunities forward
- Collaborate with Design Consultants to maximize revenue opportunities
- Provide in‑store product guidance, measurements, and solution recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment

Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
Work Location: In person
