Site Manager - Paso Robles, CA

About the Role

Fast Bid Auctions, LLC is seeking a hands-on, organized, and driven Auction Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Paso Robles yard. This is a working leadership role — you’ll be on the ground managing your team, moving equipment, photographing and uploading auction inventory, and making sure every auction event runs smoothly from intake to customer pickup. If you know equipment, can operate a forklift, are detail-oriented and comfortable in front of a computer, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate site employees and daily yard operations
• Photograph, catalog, and upload inventory into our online auction platform
• Operate a forklift to unload containers, stage items, and assist customers loading purchases
• Manage inventory control, scheduling, and facility organization
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Build strong relationships with consignors, customers, and vendors
• Communicate with senior leadership on site performance and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Forklift experience required; forklift certification required or must be willing to obtain
• Hands-on familiarity with heavy equipment, tools, and the types of items sold at auction
• Strong computer skills — comfortable with Excel, email, photo management, and web-based platforms
• Proven ability to lead, train, and hold a team accountable
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Prior experience in auction, equipment, logistics, or yard operations a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required — experience and ability matter most

Compensation & Benefits

$28.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
