Role Description
The X-ray Technician (LMRT/NCT) will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. Responsibilities include preparing imaging equipment, positioning patients, following radiation safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in La Grange, TX. The technician will work collaboratively with medical staff to provide high-quality care and ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the exam room for the proper procedure
- Answer patient questions about imaging procedures
- Coordinate with providers to ensure the proper delivery of images
- Input details of the procedure into patient records
- Register patients, verify insurance, and answer phones
- Conduct patient testing such as COVID, flu, strep
- Administer injections
- Foster a sense of comfort and confidence to patients
- Medex paperwork / Medex Sprinting
- Perform additional duties as necessary
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Radiology program
- Current state certification where required or national radiology license; LMRT or NCT
