The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, confident Executive Sales Recruiter to join our team at our Houston office. You will be recruiting highly compensated sales professionals — think enterprise software AEs, medical device reps, pharma reps, and senior sales leaders — on behalf of our clients. This is a full-desk role that rewards hustle, relationship-building, and results.
You will work directly with the owners of the company. No layers of bureaucracy. No waiting for approval. Just a performance-driven environment where the best people earn the most money.
What You'll Do
- Source and recruit executive-level sales professionals across software, SaaS, cybersecurity, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and building materials/supply
- Conduct proactive, high-volume cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn — you are not afraid to pick up the phone
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top sales talent across multiple verticals
- Partner directly with firm leadership to understand client needs and deliver exceptional candidates
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting, and closing
- Develop relationships with passive candidates and cultivate a warm network over time
- As the firm grows, there will be opportunities to expand into additional recruiting verticals
What We're Looking For
We are open to two profiles — a proven agency recruiter or a high-performing salesperson ready to transition into recruiting:
- Agency recruiting experience with a track record of placing professional or executive-level candidates — internal/corporate recruiting experience alone will not be considered
- OR: Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales role with the drive and people skills to translate that experience into recruiting
- Comfortable and confident with cold outreach — calls, emails, and LinkedIn are your daily tools
- Strong communicator: direct, professional, and persuasive
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality — you do not wait to be told what to do
- Must be able to commute to our office at 10480 Grant Road, Houston, TX
