What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Phone Support Teammate position at FASS Diesel Fuel Systems?
Teammates answer incoming communications from existing customers and dealers as well as potential customers and dealers.
These calls and emails range in subject from simple sales related questions to troubleshooting of our FASS Systems.
Representatives will also work in warranty department to assemble, rebuild, and diagnose the FASS System.
Must have:
-Customer service experience
-Mechanical aptitude
-Computer skills.
-Positive energetic attitude
-Professional phone skills
-Willingness to support customers
Knowledge of diesel engines is a plus, however training will be provided.
