About The Opportunity

We are looking for a full-time Systems Administrator I to join our Information Technology team in our Carlsbad, CA Location! The Systems Administrator I will provide end user support, systems configuration and maintenance and incident management.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide level 1 and some level 2 support to Fashionphile employees in tickets using Jira Service Management and in person, including onboarding & offboarding.
• IT Projects, including contacting vendors to solve technical issues, rolling out upgrades, and installing new office equipment at new locations.
• Administer, update, and maintain software systems
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4 years experience in IT support role or 1 year experience in a Systems Administrator role.
• Bachelor of Science or Associates Degree in Computer Science, Security and or Networking
• Certifications: A , Google, IT Support Professional, Network , CCNA, Security
• Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VOIP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, security concepts, Google Workspace, and Identity Management
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Skilled at Troubleshooting
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Compensation

• FASHIONPHILE reasonably expects the range to be $65,000-$80,000 for this position in our Carlsbad Location. Offered compensation will vary based on (a) location; (b) individual candidate qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.
