About the Opportunity
The Retail Sales Specialist is the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain retail experience, develop customer service skills, and grow within the company. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Assisting customers in locating products, answering questions, and making purchase decisions
- Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies
- Accurately process sales transactions at the register, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Restocking shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays to company standards
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
- Participating in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to problem solve
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the sales floor

Pay Rate
This position begins at $16.50/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Philadelphia, PA location uncapped commission.
