ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Content Stylist is a senior executional leader responsible for setting and maintaining the standard of excellence for all content styling. This role leads and mentors a team of stylists while providing hands-on oversight of daily output. Working in close partnership with the Content Manager and Creative Director, the Senior Content Stylist ensures the company’s vision is executed with a high-fashion edge, while driving on-set excellence, trend leadership, and team organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of Content Stylists by overseeing day-to-day execution, providing clear feedback, and ensuring the team is consistently producing elevated, high-quality work.
• Act as the lead voice for fashion trends within the team, translating global and industry movements into actionable styling that keeps the brand at the forefront of the market.
• Partner closely with the Content Manager and Creative Director to interpret and execute the company’s creative vision, ensuring every look is brand-aligned and fashion-forward.
• Uphold styling standards across all content shoots, ensuring garments are styled to elevate the brand and align with current fashion aesthetics.
• Drive on-set efficiency, problem-solving in real-time to ensure shoots move quickly without sacrificing the visual quality of the fashion.
• Define and track KPIs for the styling team, ensuring shot lists are completed while maintaining accountability and high energy.
• Collaborate daily with the Studio team to manage sample flow, styling logistics, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Coordinate with hair and makeup and collaborate with photographers/creators to ensure a unified, polished look for every shoot.
• Maintain and evolve organizational systems for studio styling spaces and content closets to support team speed and accuracy.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 6 years of professional styling experience, with significant time spent in a fast-paced, high-volume eCommerce or content environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or guiding a team of stylists.
• Expert-level trend knowledge with a deep passion for global fashion, runway movements, and social media style culture.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in on-model, product, and editorial styling.
• Extensive on-set experience during content shoots, with the ability to move quickly, prioritize, and problem-solve in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable direction to the team.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and reprioritize shifting workloads for both self and team
• English, additional language(s) an advantage
• Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
