Receiver 2.2 (Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm)

Position Summary

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking an Entry-Level Warehouse Receiver to join our Inbound Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and quality standards are met. Your work plays a critical role in maintaining optimal stock levels and contributing to a seamless order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies.

• Report any receiving issues to supervisors and coordinate with procurement and quality teams for resolution.

• Accurately document incoming inventory using warehouse management systems and RF scanning devices.

• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in compliance with safety regulations.

• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.

• Follow all safety policies, company procedures, and operational protocols during receiving tasks.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

• Experience with warehouse software and RF scanners is desirable.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines.

• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Physical & Working Conditions

• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment.

• Stand for extended periods (8–12 hours).

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Perform frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting.

• Use hands to operate warehouse tools and scanning devices.

• Climb and descend stairs as needed.

• Work in varying temperatures and noisy environments with moving equipment.
