About the Role
Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Warehouse Workers to join our Packing Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for efficiently packing customer orders for shipment, ensuring all products are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. This position is essential to our order fulfillment process and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow packing procedures in accordance with company policies for retail order fulfillment.
• Use warehouse management technology (RF Scanner/Android Device) to pack customer orders.
• Inspect and maintain packing equipment, reporting any issues to leadership.
• Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to prevent damage.
• Assemble, line, and pad cartons or containers to meet shipping requirements.
• Review packages to ensure they meet quality and packing specifications.
• Generate accurate shipping labels and complete documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within assigned work areas.
• Adhere to quality control standards to minimize packing errors and returns.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics or warehouse settings preferred.
• High attention to detail and task focus.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
