About the Role
Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Warehouse Worker to join our Inventory Department. In this role, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, support efficient order fulfillment, and ensure customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You’ll work closely with your team and leadership to keep stock levels accurate, resolve discrepancies, and keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Ensure accurate placement of inventory in assigned areas.
Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Audit locked inventory locations per standard operating procedures.
Verify labels and product information for accuracy.
Consolidate inventory based on reports.
Use warehouse management systems (RF Scanner/Android Device) to complete daily tasks.
Identify and report damaged or problematic inventory items.
Share accurate results and updates with leadership.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist outbound teams with audits and quality checks.
Support special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse work preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and warehouse management systems is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with basic math, computer use, and following written/verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods (8–12 hours).
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and stair climbing.
Hand dexterity for warehouse tools and devices.
Exposure to loud noises, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
