This role involves assisting customers, handling sales transactions, receiving and merchandising new merchandise, and performing store upkeep independently. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, occasional keyholder responsibilities, and a flair for fashion and creativity within a small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Receive and stock new merchandise timely
- Merchandise racks and displays following visual standards
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Work independently to manage daily tasks and priorities
- Use store technology to support operations and sales
- Perform occasional keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store
- Lead responsibilities as needed to support the small team (2-5 people)
- Apply creative visual merchandising to enhance product appeal
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience
