Maintain store standards by following loss prevention guidelines and time-management best practices.
Assist in achieving a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment.
Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop rapport with customers and team members.
Proficiency in time management to efficiently handle responsibilities and customer interactions.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for 8 hours during shifts.
Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
