What we are looking for:
- Provide top-notch customer service while offering education about products.
- Strike up conversations easily and interact positively with customers.
- Establish rapport with potential and actual customers to understand their needs.
- Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Lead store operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Maintain store stability by complying with legal requirements.
- Implement security systems and loss prevention measures.
- Maintain store staffing, including reviewing resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, and training employees.
- Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring proper staffing during absences or call-outs.
- Promote employee performance by helping develop skills, setting goals, and enhancing productivity.
- Manage performance, including creating performance improvement plans and delivering corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Achieve financial objectives by following a budget plan.
- Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities and determining sales promotions.
- Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
- Understand and drive retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in real time.
- Commute to other stores to support the business as needed.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Skills & Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service - 2 years (Preferred)
- Being an energetic, positive, and dependable individual.
- Having a willingness to learn, grow, and help others.
- Being a natural communicator who can easily strike up a conversation.
- Having excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Being excited to learn about products and share that knowledge.
- Having basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Being fluent in retail KPIs and understanding how to drive metrics.
- Prior management experience (preferred)
