About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask effectively, work independently, and manage multiple accounting and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements for multiple clients.
- Prepare quarterly payroll reports and maintain payroll records.
- Enter and update financial data accurately in Accounting Software.
- Export and Import data from QuickBooks.
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accounting records.
- Support the accounting department with administrative and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with QuickBooks, preferred.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
