Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into insurance claims to verify their validity and detect potential fraud.
- Gather and analyze evidence through various methods including surveillance, research, and interviews.
- Document findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for internal review and legal proceedings.
- Monitor claimants' activities using surveillance techniques when necessary to gather pertinent information.
- Proficiency with recorded and written statements.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and regulatory guidelines throughout the investigative process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices related to fraud prevention, data collection, and security measures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in investigative roles (3 years min.)
- Strong skills in report writing, data collection, research, and surveillance techniques.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection strategies within the insurance industry.
- Ability to analyze complex information critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting interviews and preparing reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
Job Type: Contract
