In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline communicator between customers, technicians, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination of service requests and dispatching HVAC and Electrical Service Technicians. Duties
- Receive incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems and digital communication platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses with excellent phone etiquette.
- Dispatch HVAC and Electrical Service technicians to assigned jobs in an effcient route.
- Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities job invoices.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding work performed and upcoming repairs using clear and professional communication skills.
- Support fleet management by monitoring vehicle utilization and assisting with maintenance scheduling as needed.

- Strong analysis skills for route planning and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Data entry accuracy with typing speeds that support efficient documentation of dispatch activities.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
