Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance and system diagnostics.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of services and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete paperwork in a timely manner (using ServiceTitan).
- Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
