What the Day Looks Like
You're the client's first point of contact — answering questions, actively providing updates, offering guidance through medical treatment, reviewing records, and keeping cases moving. You'll have the support and processes to succeed at every stage, but this isn't an order-taking role: you'll be expected to think critically and manage a high-volume caseload for a wide range of clients.

What We're Looking For
- At least one year of relevant legal experience (pre-litigation personal injury experience preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required
- Organized, decisive, and able to manage a high volume of work
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- A genuine interest in providing “above and beyond” client service
- Must work full-time, Monday–Friday, from our downtown Durham or Raleigh office (remote work not available for this role)
