Independent Personal Trainer or Performance Coach

Farrell's Martial Arts is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Personal Trainer or Performance Coach who wants to grow their own business while training from a fully equipped professional facility.

This is not a traditional employment position.

This is an independent contractor opportunity designed for coaches who are hungry to build a successful client base and are willing to put in the work to make it happen.

Please Note This position is not designed for someone expecting a full schedule of clients handed to you. While occasional referrals may be available, the majority of your clientele will come from your own networking, marketing, and relationship-building efforts.

Compensation - Independent Contractor (1099) - Revenue-share compensation - Starting at 55% of completed training revenue - Performance-based increases up to 70% as you grow and consistently meet established milestones The more successful you become, the more you earn.

- Certified Personal Trainer (or working toward certification)

- CPR/AED Certified
