About The Role
This is a hands-on position (approx. 20 hours/week to start) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. You’ll be a key player in helping our members feel supported, stay motivated, and reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Check and respond to emails, texts, and phone calls
✅ Greet leads and give studio tours
✅ Assist members with account and membership questions
✅ Sell memberships, retail, and supplements
✅ Engage with members on the mats during workouts
✅ Support member retention projects and community engagement
Ideal Candidate
✨ Energetic, positive, and genuinely happy to be part of a team
✨ Strong communicator with a “can-do” attitude
✨ Passionate about fitness and helping people live healthier lives
✨ Willing to learn and take initiative
✨ Experience in fitness, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required
