Job Overview
Farrell Insulation is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Auditor to support the continuous improvement and operational excellence of active company programs. This position is responsible for reviewing programs, evaluating operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring company processes, procedures, and standards are being followed consistently across all locations.
The Program Auditor will work closely with operational leadership and field teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of each program, evaluate effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and provide recommendations that support long-term success. This role is expected to audit approximately 10–12 programs annually and requires regular travel to various program locations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the R&D Team to conduct comprehensive audits of active company programs to evaluate operational effectiveness and compliance with company standards
- Review workflows, processes, procedures, documentation, and performance metrics
- Participate in operational meetings and engage with field and administrative teams to gain a complete understanding of program operations
- Observe day-to-day program implementation and identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational expectations
- Identify inefficiencies, communication gaps, process breakdowns, and compliance concerns
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, corrective actions, and best practices
- Present audit findings and recommendations to leadership and operational teams
- Track corrective actions and monitor implementation progress
- Assist with the development and refinement of company processes, standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Executive Leadership to improve program performance and scalability
- Support special projects and organizational improvement initiatives as assigned
Requirements

- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and business software platforms
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel and stay overnight as needed
- Adaptability and willingness to work in changing environments as new programs are developed
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- Must complete pre employment background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, auditing, quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), compliance, process improvement, project management, or program management
- Experience conducting operational audits, compliance reviews, or process evaluations
- Experience developing corrective action plans and process improvement initiatives
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational analyses
- Multi-location operational experience preferred
- Experience working within rapidly growing organizations is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel to program locations throughout the United States
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through video conferencing
Schedule & Travel Requirements
- Full-time position
- Schedule may vary based on audit schedules and operational needs
- Overnight travel required based on audit assignments and program locations
- Ability to visit field locations, branch offices, warehouses, and operational facilities as needed
