Assistant Store Manager

Farrell Equipment & Supply is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Sartell, MN location. This position is designed to train and develop future branch leaders. Working directly alongside the Branch Manager, you will learn all aspects of operating a successful store, including sales, customer service, employee management, inventory, and day-to-day operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to learn all aspects of branch operations and leadership, including:

• Learning the responsibilities of a Branch Manager
• Assisting in achieving sales and profit goals
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Assisting with hiring, training, and supporting employees
• Helping develop and maintain an active, productive sales team
• Ensuring a safe and secure work environment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional store appearance
• Upholding company policies and procedures
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Delegating tasks and supporting employee development
• Assisting with inventory and operational management

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire to learn and grow into a leadership role
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually
