Job Title: Client Service Associate
Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our dynamic wealth management team. This role is essential to delivering exceptional service and operational support to our clients and financial advisors. As a CSA, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient execution of investment-related activities and maintaining high levels of client and advisor satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide operational support for Farpointe advisors and 19 independent offices across the country
· Facilitate investment account openings, transfers, distributions, and money movement
· Trading and rebalancing client portfolios
· Manage client data and online access
· Support client meetings through portfolio reviews and preparation of financial plans and supporting materials
· Research and resolve client inquiries and operational issues
· Perform weekly commission reconciliation
· Coordinate multiple projects and priorities around tight deadlines

Required Qualifications:
· FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses
· Prior experience in financial services or investment industry
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (4-year college education)
