About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Legal & Compliance Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer on a wide range of corporate and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
• Assist with corporate governance documentation and entity management.
• Support responses to funds-related inquiries and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Help monitor and enforce compliance program policies across the company.
• Contribute to various ad hoc legal and compliance projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) or recently graduated.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in corporate, regulatory, and compliance law.
