As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients and ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout their relationship with FARO.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and account support.
• Assist clients with invoice submissions and account management.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams to resolve client requests.
• Monitor client accounts and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and business partners.
• Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Learn the fundamentals of commercial finance, accounts receivable, credit risk, and the transportation industry.
• Support various operational and administrative projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) in:
• Business Administration
• Finance
• Accounting
• Supply Chain Management
• Economics
• Logistics
• Related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
