We are offering a Mid-town location, wide variety of clients and diverse work in a team oriented environment. This is a true learning and growth opportunity. We are looking for an attorney with law firm experience in one or more of the following: due diligence on potential M&A targets, prep and submission of SEC filings, assisting with compliance re securities regulations and corporate governance standards, employment law issues, IP, tax and civil litigation. You will have the opportunity to work with attorneys from other practice areas and assist with other corporate transactions that arise. You will have the opportunity to take over client projects with a lot of client interface. Must be a member of a state bar and have at least 2 years law firm experience.
