About
As a Sales Associate at our mobile retail locations, you’ll be on the front lines of the equestrian industry, supporting riders, trainers, and barn managers while representing a trusted brand. You will work hand-in-hand with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations, provide an exceptional customer experience, and keep our mobile shop organized, stocked, and thriving. This is an immersive role perfect for someone who wants to combine their equestrian knowledge with retail and sales experience while traveling to some of the nation’s most prestigious horse shows.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to and work at top-rated horse shows nationwide
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Assist with merchandising, store presentation, and promotional activities
- Manage inventory: receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and shrink prevention
- Process transactions, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Perform local deliveries as needed to support customers and show operations
- Contribute to special projects and new initiatives within the store team
Qualifications
- 18 with a valid driver’s license
- Solid equine industry knowledge (required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Experience (Not Required but a Plus)
- Background in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Polo, or Racing
- Retail experience with inventory management and cycle counts
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other POS/ERP systems
- Experience as a vet tech, groom, tack store associate, or recent equine-focused graduate
