FT LPN/RN- Join the Farmstead Living Team!
Farmstead Living in Moorhead, MN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team as an assistant to the Clinical Nurse Supervisor. This role focuses on direct resident care, communication, and coordination with care staff to ensure safety, comfort, and exceptional service.
Schedule:
- Flexible daytime hours
- Limited weekend hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and assist with activities of daily living to support residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of resident care
- Communicate and follow up on physician orders
- Collaborate with CNAs and other team members to maintain a supportive, resident-centered environment
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Minnesota LPN or RN license
- Experience in assisted living is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Salary:
- LPN: $26–$31 DOE
- RN: $33–$39 DOE
