Crew Leader
Farmside’s crew leader is responsible for providing top quality lawn maintenance for the company’s clients while achieving their production goals.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Deliverables:
- Perform the Farmside Experience of delivering top-quality professional work on all jobs.
- Own your jobsite. (i.e. close gates, no spray zones, document client needs)
- Perform other types of work during off-peak seasons, i.e. snow events.
- Grow your skills and knowledge of the company and the industry.
- Ensure achievement of Mission Statement standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Valid driver’s license, no points.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
