• Set up and maintain the cold and hot food bars, ensuring all items are well-presented and replenished.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food items from the food bars.
• Provide information about menu items and answer guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor food temperatures and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food bars and surrounding areas, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold FARMSHOP’s standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
