Position Overview
We are looking for a Logistics Manager to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate carriers and service providers, and support ERP-based logistics processes. This role focuses on shipment coordination, system accuracy, issue resolution, and cost efficiency across US operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Use ERP system (LingXing) to track orders, shipments, and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with freight carriers, 3PL providers, and logistics partners
- Handle shipment issues such as delays, damages, and delivery exceptions
- Monitor shipment status and ensure smooth logistics execution
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs
- Support supply chain coordination between warehouse, carriers, and internal teams
- Work with overseas manufacturing team to ensure smooth shipment flow to US
Qualifications
- More than 10 years Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
- Familiar with ERP systems or logistics management systems
- Experience working with carriers, 3PLs, or freight forwarding companies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with cross-border logistics is a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
