Summary
We’re seeking a Farm Equipment Service and Pre-sales Specialist to strengthen our customer support and technical coordination. This role focuses on pre-sales supporting customers select the right tractor attachment, and when needed after-sales communication, warranty handling, parts assistance, and basic troubleshooting . You’ll work closely with our service center, warehouse, and eCommerce operations to ensure a smooth customer journey from order to after-sales care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, warranty cases, and parts identification
- Coordinate repairs, replacements, and logistics with the service team
- Help customers choose farm implements based on tractor specifications
- Process service tickets, RMA requests, and order adjustments
- Maintain accurate CRM and service records
- Provide timely and reliable support to build strong customer relationships
- Assist sales with product information, quotes, and order processing
Requirements
- 3 years in farm equipment, mechanical service, or customer support
- Understanding of tractor attachments and basic mechanical concepts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple service cases at once
- Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and basic order platforms
- SAP/Service Management experience is a plus
