Farmland Hardware is a locally owned hardware store serving farmers, contractors, and homeowners. We’re hiring a dependable, customer-focused Front Counter Person to help run the front of the store smoothly and professionally.
This role is for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to details, and takes ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, efficient checkout experience
- Accurately ring up purchases and handle cash and card payments
- Answer phones and direct questions to the right team member
- Keep the front counter clean, organized, and stocked
- Stay productive during slower periods with light tasks
- Follow clear store standards for professionalism and service
