Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- On-site role
- Travel required to hiring event locations across the five boroughs and Long Island
- Working outside of normal business hours may be needed sporadically.

- Create a welcoming, engaging, professional and transparent experience for candidates throughout their pre-employment and onboarding process.
- Identify and implement effective and innovative tools to source, recruit, screen, interview, hire and retain experienced driver candidates.
- Develop a pool of qualified driver candidates in advance of need.
- Participate in training and development evaluations of new hires to assess progress.
- Expand community relationships and maintain contacts with CDL and vocational training schools, veteran placement agencies, social service and community organizations to sell and promote the benefits of working at our company.
- Check for consistency and accuracy of information on job postings and information posted on social media networks.
- Update candidate records on the (ATS) Applicant Tracking System and construct driver qualification files in accordance with DOT and Safety Department regulations.
- Assist qualified candidates in completing their employment applications, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Confer and communicate consistently and effectively with candidates, managers and co-workers to ensure the best possible outcome.
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events at various agencies, schools and organizations.
- Possess flexibility to travel to multiple company terminals in NY and NJ and have the ability to work beyond normal business hours to accommodate candidates’ schedules.
- May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
