- Work Schedule : Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Process high-volume invoices for corporate and four distribution centers, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain vendor records, including W-9s, payment terms, and contact information
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
- Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and operations teams to verify pricing, quantities, and approvals
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and AP aging reports
- Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency
Salary : $37 - $42
